USF Students Attend LGBT Leadership Summit at Northwestern University

On April 10th and 11th 2015, Herman Badenhorst, Robert Ringelspaugh, and Sascha Noll of USF School of Management's newly founded LGBT club attended the Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Leadership Summit in Chicago. The summit was a great opportunity to address opportunities and challenges for LGBT MBA student leaders. Through lectures, breakout sessions, and networking events, the ROMBA Leadership Summit provided many occasions to share experiences and best club practices with fellow lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender MBA students from business schools all over the United States. The Leadership Summit was also a preparation for the annual Reaching Out LGBT MBA & Business Graduate Student Conference (October 8-10 2015 in Chicago), which will feature industry speakers, workshops, and recruiting opportunities.
